Westside Pavilion, Huntsville, AL – Target anchored project that opened at 95% leased.
Concord Pavilion, Concord, NC – junior anchored power center opposite the Concord Mills outlet project.
The Pavilion at Turkey Creek, Knoxville, TN – Anchored by Super Target and a WalMart Supercenter, this project was 100% pre-leased at its opening. Fifteen years after opening, almost all of the retailers that originally occupied the center, continue to operate there.
Hiram Pavilion, Hiram, GA – Target anchored power center in the NW suburbs of Atlanta
Barrett Pavilion, Kennesaw, GA – Target anchored power and entertainment center with 30 screen AMC near Simon’s Town Center Mall
Fayetteville Pavilion, Fayetteville, NC – Grocery and junior boxes, shadow anchored by Home Depot and Target.
Fayette Pavilion, Fayetteville, GA – Target and WalMart anchored 1.6M sf power center. Worked on the later phases of this project, that eventually set a record for sale price in the Southeast.
Other Project Involvement
The Forum Collection at Prospect Park (now known as “Avalon”), Alpharetta, GA – 88 acres of retail (500,000 sf luxury), 2 hotels, office and residential.
The Avenue Peachtree City, North Point MarketCenter, The Avenue East Cobb & The Avenue West Cobb – hired and oversaw the leasing team for these assets on behalf of ownership (Prudential) from 2014-2016.
