The Forum On Peachtree Parkway : Norcross, GA
480,000 sf of lifestyle retail and office in Atlanta’s affluent Peachtree Corners submarket. Jason was involved in pre-leasing the project from 1998 to 2001 before moving to South Florida. The Forum openend in 2002 and has been extremely successful. In 2005, Jason was asked to complete the leasing in Phase 2 and fill an empty bay. These tenants included: Banana Republic, Trader Joe’s, Jos A. Bank, Merrell Shoes (first in Southeast), and Limetree.
