Lifestyle Center in the heart of Florida’s space coast. This is an intercept site between 2 dated malls. Jason was approached by Matthew Development and the Viera Company to handle the pre-leasing of the project and eventually helped bring Cousins Properties to the market to negotiate a joint venture. Cousins Properties retained Jason to assist with the completion of pre-leasing.
