Pre-leased anchor space for The Sembler Company. The project opened in 2005 as a hybrid project consisting of power, grocery (Publix’s 2nd Greenwise organic store) and lifestyle center components. Additionally, Jason was involved in the pre-leasing for the landowner (Catalfumo) as well as ORIX, who fell out of contract due to Jacobson’s Department Stores’ bankruptcy.
